FLM Loans are completely flexible
After receiving feedback from our customers we have tried to make our loans as flexible as possible. We understand that customer's circumstances change and they may wish to pay off part, or all, of the loan, therefore we do not charge any additional fees or penalties.
We will say YES even if you are a Tenant, have CCJs or no proof of income
Poor credit could stop you from getting a loan elsewhere, but FLM have thrown away the rulebook on unsecured loans. We don't use computerised scoring to assess your application.
FLM Customers can now pay with Pay Point
Our customers can now make their repayments over the counter at one of over 19,800 Pay Point outlets across the UK and Ireland.
Committed to keeping you informed
FLM have made a commitment to all their customers to keep them informed on the progress of their loan. As well as monthly statements, both clients and guarantors receive text message updates and can use either the online system or our call centre to manage their loan.
